About the call
In this Community Call Richard Flyer reflected on the principles, learnings, and insights five decades of experiments and explorations across different nations, wisdom traditions, and organizational structures in his search to understand how to create a Symbiotic Culture, a Culture of Connection.
What is Symbiotic Culture?
Symbiotic Culture refers to a community and society where mutually beneficial relationships and collaborations amongst diverse groups of people, from family to neighborhood to community, nation, and planet, become the norm. Symbiotic cultures are not about fighting, reforming, or replacing the current system. They are about activating and connecting the healthy, functional forces inside the system to emerge above and beyond their silos to cooperate and collaborate to “connect the good” in their community — a new Network Commons.
