About the call
Drawing on the framing of 'Epistemological Delirium' from Bruno Latour, Matthew explores how existing modes of knowledge production require a re-imagination at the intersection of being, knowing, and valuing. He opens up different themes for making sense of this shift, among them focusing on the integration of 'common sense' and 'practical sense'. Matthew also touches on some of the emerging themes throughout recent research calls, and the research group discusses how these questions might be further investigated and embodied in practice.
Matthew is currently exploring some of these questions in his PhD research at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and has recently created a publication for a more informal inquiry into some of these questions in more detail.
