More details

Intention

The purpose of the Gathering is to create a space for Life Itself community members, collaborators, friends, and curious explorers to: meet each other, weave connections, and enjoy being together.

It’s also an opportunity to touch into the spirit of Life Itself: to tune into the question of what it means to cultivate radically wiser worlds, through our way of being together, as much as through the topics and activities we might explore.

Structure

Gathering

The Gathering will open at 6pm on Thursday 27th March and will close by 12pm on Sunday 30th March. Please arrange your travel to be present for these moments.

We will use Open Space Technology to create together a schedule of workshops and activities based on the wishes and gifts of our pop-up community.

In the spirit of collective care which is core to life at the Hub, we will prepare our food together – we will have a rota in which all participants contribute to our mini community life together.

Community Co-working week

The Community Co-working week will resemble a week in the life of a Praxis Open Residency – a conscious co-living experience with time for working on individual or collective projects as well as time for rest and play.

There will be a bit more focus on structures to support collaboration than usual in the Open Residencies: during the week, there will be co-working sessions with check-ins, opportunities to present and discuss work with each other, and opportunities for peer support on projects e.g. via case clinics.
